The Korean Society of Emotional & Behavioral Disorders (KSEBD) was established on October 19, 1985 to contribute to academic development and educational improvement through interconnected research activities related to emotional behavioral disorders, autism spectrum disorders, learning disorders, developmental disabilities, and applied behavior analysis. In addition, with the approval decision of the Association for Behavior Analysis International ('03.05), we are engaged in international activities and exchanges as a Korean-ABA (Korea Branch of the International Society of Behavioral Analysis).

KSEBD was founded and launched as the Korea Emotional Disabled Children's Education Research Association on October 19, 1985, and has published the first volume of Emotional Disabled Children's Education (December 1, 1985) and now publishes the registered journal Emotional and Behavioral Disorder Research four times a year. Journal of Emotional & Behavioral Disorders (JEBD) (pISSN 1226-4415, eISSN 2733-9106), published by KSEBD, received an A grade (2001.12) in the evaluation by the Ministry of Education and Human Resources Development and is a journal registered by the Korea Research Foundation (December 31, 2003~present).

KSEBD comprehensively understands various disabilities and presents a milestone in the education, treatment, and rehabilitation of emotional and behavioral disorders through cooperation and research of various related experts. For this, active participation, cooperation, and practice of experts related to emotional and behavioral disorders will be required, and our society will actively take the lead for this.
